Non-thermal regeneration adsorption dryer is a dehumidification purification device based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using non-thermal regeneration method (without external heat source) to adsorb and dry compressed air.
Non-heat regeneration adsorption dryer (hereinafter referred to as non-heat drying machine), is the company carefully designed, developed into a high-quality model. Under normal operating conditions, the dew point of the air (under pressure) can be reduced to below -40 ° C, and the minimum can reach -70 ° C. It can provide oil-free and water-free high-quality compressed air for a small number of applications with high requirements for air quality, especially for cold areas and other ambient temperatures below 0℃.
Non-heat drying machine adopts two tower structure, one tower adsorbs water in the air under a certain pressure, the other tower uses a small part of dry air slightly higher than atmospheric pressure to regenerate the desiccant in the adsorption tower, after a certain time, the two towers switch to ensure the continuous supply of dry compressed air.
Unique computer control system, intuitive display of the drying machine running status, and with multiple alarm, protection functions and DCS remote control interface.
The actuator adopts pneumatic Angle seat valve and pneumatic butterfly valve, and the pneumatic control system adopts deep dry air source and then filtered to ensure reliable operation and avoid valve leakage.
The height and diameter of the adsorption tower are precisely calculated and the experimental results show that important parameters such as flow rate and heat and mass transfer are really mastered, so as to avoid the excessive wear and tunnel effect of the adsorbent.
Professional program control design, air pulse and air pressure fluctuation is small, effectively reduce the outlet gas dust and recycled air noise.
Convenient and practical cycle time mode and energy-saving economic mode, renewable gas volume, time program can be adjusted to meet various actual use conditions and export dew point requirements.
The support base is stable and beautiful, easy to install, use and maintain.
