The JF-185 model air compressor is powered with one 37kW/50hp diesel engine which can produce compressed air of 150-185cfm @ 7-10 bar pressure.
185cfm model is our most popular diesel compressor in our company.With charactors of stable and economical , it is a good helper for construction and mining purpose.

Powered by a 50hp Xichai engine which work with a efficiency air end, to ensure 185 cfm productivity at 7 bar pressure. Xichai engine is economical ,reliable . and durable. Enlarged cooling system can ensure compressor to work under harsh environment.


Smart Controller
The smart controller can realize functions of compressor start/stop.data measurement,maintenance, alarm protection, and "threeremotes". It has speed regulator function, and CANBUS (SAE J1939) port which can control various ECU or non-ECU diesel driven compressor.
The JF-185 diesel screw air has an impressive 50HP, 4 cylinder-direct injected diesel engine which drives a huge air end delivering 185cfm of free air delivery.
A great feature of this engine is that all coolant is ran through a hydraulic system achieving a greater flow rate.
This unit is controlled through an intutive intelligent LCD digital display that is carefully protected behind a cabinet door.

This digital display allows you to see all the functionalities of what the diesel screw compressor is doing with live feedback.

From the RPM of the engine, pressure range delivering. fuel consumption, service hours,run time and much more. Just like all our other engine driven air compressors will rev up when the air demand is required and when idle back.

When pressure has been reached. We have also implemented the air compressor to have an battery insolation switch which is located inside the lockable doors.

The JF-185 has been designed with twin air outlets making it easy to either to regulate one outlet for air tools and when have direct pressure for blow downs or tyre inflation.
